Muve Technologies provides IT hardware, software, and related products and services. These Terms apply to all orders, transactions, and interactions with our Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Muve Technologies.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and processed.
We may cancel orders due to:
- Pricing errors
- Stock unavailability
- Suspected fraud or misuse

3. Pricing and Errors

All prices are subject to change without notice.
While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before orders are processed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For EFT payments, orders will only be processed once funds have cleared.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery until payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery and Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Any shortages, damages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Product Information

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact product received. Actual products may differ in appearance, colour, or packaging. While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products meet their requirements before purchase.

7. Warranty

All products are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Warranty claims after delivery will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s processes.
Muve Technologies does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Muve Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of data
- Loss of business or profits
- Downtime or operational disruption

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Power outages
Supplier failures
Transport disruptions

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Muve Technologies and may not be used without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

13. Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
