Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once full payment has been received and cleared.
  • Processing times are typically 1–3 business days, depending on stock availability.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Third-Party Fulfilment

In certain cases, products may be shipped directly from our suppliers or distributors.

  • This allows us to improve delivery times and product availability.
  • Delivery may be completed by a third-party courier arranged by the supplier.
  • Packaging and dispatch origin may differ from standard Muve Technologies shipments.

While Muve Technologies remains your point of contact, delivery timelines and handling may be influenced by third-party logistics providers.

Muve Technologies will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or couriers beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Any additional delivery charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver within South Africa only.
  • For deliveries outside South Africa, please contact us for a custom quotation.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Supplier or stock delays
  • Public holidays or peak periods
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Muve Technologies will not be held liable for delays outside of our control.


Delivery Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information, additional charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include clear photographs and order details when reporting an issue.

Partial Shipments

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple deliveries depending on stock availability.
  • Customers will be notified where applicable.
