At Muve Technologies, we strive to provide reliable IT hardware and professional service. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Returns are not guaranteed and are subject to inspection and approval.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Return Process

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
- No additional shipping costs will be charged for confirmed faults or errors.
Incorrectly Ordered or Unwanted Items
If you have ordered an incorrect item or no longer require the product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- The product must be in resalable condition.
- Returns must be requested and approved in advance.
Approved returns for incorrectly ordered or unwanted items will be subject to:
- A handling and restocking fee of up to 15%
- Return shipping at the customer’s expense
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
Items that have been opened, used, installed, or tampered with may not be eligible for return.
Non-Faulty Returns
- Non-faulty returns are subject to approval.
- A handling and restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
- Items must be returned in resalable condition.
Manufacturer Warranty
- All products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.
- After the initial return period, any faults will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty process.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of returned goods.
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Software and digital licenses
- Special-order or custom-configured products
- Opened consumables and accessories
Shipping Costs
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
